German-Mongol Properties LLC is implementing luxury property development project which covers 4081.13 sq.m area and named “German Residence” in the high yielding Zaisan area. This area is in the southern part of Ulaanbaatar city where the most of the luxury residential locates and there are some unique historical places which are Zaisan Memorial, Soyombot hill, and Buddha monument. By the survey, Zaisan is the most expensive area in terms of residential and commercial uses.
